The fact is that there is no one size fits all cleaning method. There are many different kinds of carpets and upholstery with many different kinds of problems. What works best in one situation may not work in another. All cleaning methods have strengths and weaknesses. They work well in some situations but not so well in others.  We won't try and fit your circumstances and conditions into a cookie cutter cleaning method. We'll tailor our method to meet your needs.

Having said that. The method our customer overwhelmingly prefer is a dryer method of cleaning. We're able to use 95% less water so your carpets are dry in less then 2 hours. We get your carpets cleaner and they stay cleaner longer. That means you get the use of your room or house back right away.

Step by Step Process:

• We vacuum before cleaning. This take out the loose dirt, dust and debris before we start to clean.
  
• Next we spray the carpet with a light mist of detergent. This allows time for the detergent to break down the bond between the soil and stains from the carpet itself.
  
• We then scrub the ground in dirt and stains with a rotary cleaning machine and cleaning pads. We rotate and use as many pads as necessary to get the carpets as clean as possible. The advantage of this method over say steam cleaning is less water and our ability to keep going over highly soiled areas without over-wetting the carpet.
• We then brush the carpet pile to a like new condition before we leave not even leaving a footprint behind.
  
• If you have tough stains or spots we have a variety of spot cleaning agents to attack each stain with just the right chemistry.
