Preventative maintenance is always less expensive than trying to restore or replace your carpets due to neglect. Everyone has seen the commercial "pay me now or pay me later." The idea is to get your carpets and upholstery cleaned before it's too late!

 

Allowing too much time to pass between cleanings prevents us from bringing your appearance back. If your carpets and/or upholstery is beginning to look soiled it may already be too late.

 

In general, we advise our residential customers to clean their carpets at least once per year (more or less depending on the traffic on your carpets). Retired with only a few visitors and you don't wear shoes in the house? Then once every three years would be sufficient. Three kids, a dog, and a cat? It would be more like every six months. 

 

For our commercial customers we recommend a site evaluation. There are many factors including the number of employees, traffic patterms, entries, elevators, etc. that can effect the frequency of need. For example, some areas might need monthly cleanings while others only need it yearly.
